About Us:
Stopovers is a Rifle, Colorado-based venture of Tillie Roo, LLC, operated under the On Mountain Time rural economic development consultancy. We're a small team that lives and drives this corridor daily, working alongside the businesses of Western Colorado's small towns. We started Stopovers because the I-70 corridor's working ranches, colorful history, and small downtowns deserve better than being driven past — and the operators and travelers crossing through them deserve more than a highway rest area.
